Upgrade and Installation Notes
Please note the following significant guidelines for upgrade and installation:
- The PA5G database Compatibility Level must be set to “SQL Server 2016 (130).”
- Ensure the latest version of Microsoft SQL Server is used, preferably on Windows Server 2016.
- Users must unzip the installer package before running setup.exe and ensure it is executed with elevated permissions.
- Be aware of the new AG-Grid license requirement for production deployments.
Known Issues
The release includes acknowledgment of known issues users should be aware of:
- Processes mixing corporate and facility costs can produce odd allocation results.
- AAA Load&Process may fail with deadlock errors under specific configurations.
- Load&Process would benefit from a retry mechanism for SQL Server connectivity issues.
- Some AAA tables may contain irrelevant time period data leading to performance degradation.
